An order is placed when you go through the checkout process all the way to successfully making your payment for the purchases. You will receive an order confirmation via email.
The terms below apply to deliveries for addresses out of Singapore.
Shipping Charges & Destinations
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the total package including the box and shipping zone. Shipping charges are not calculated based on the value or quantity of the items in the order.
If you would like to know how much your order will cost to ship, place the item(s) in your cart, enter your shipping address. On the Delivery Arrangement screen, the shipping charges will display. This amount is calculated before you enter any billing information.
In addition, a handling fee of S$5.00 apply for all international orders.
Currently, we ship to Brunei, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Taiwan and Thailand. The rates for packages upt o 5kg are listed for each of these countries. If you wish to ship a larger package or ship to a country other that the ones listed, please email us.
Duties & Taxes
There may be duties and taxes imposed on your order. You will be responsible for the duties and taxes that may be imposed on your order. As duties and taxes vary from country to country, they are not reflected in our prices. Check with your local Customs office for those charges, and any additional charges that may apply.
Processing & Delivery Time
Orders will be ready for shipping within three (3) business days from the time you make the purchase. Orders are shipped via SingPost Speedpost Air Parcel service. It generally takes 10-14 business days for the package to reach your selected destination.
When your order ships, you will receive an email with complete information on what was shipped and a Speedpost receipt number. However, as SingPost does not provide tracking or delivery confirmation services, we ask that you inform us if your package does not arrive after 30 days of shipment confirmation.
Damages
Your order is considered fulfilled once we hand-off the package to SingPost. In the unlikely event your order is lost, misdirected, or damaged in transit, we will have to refer to the issue to SingPost. For damages, please provide a description of the damage, a photograph and delivery receipt to us.
Exceptions
If an item is out-of-stock and you choose to wait for it, the delivery may be later than seven (7) business days. In such cases, we will contact you. If we are unable to fulfill your orders within the stated time frame, we will contact you for further instructions.
